Mr Dickinson took on my case after my original solicitor thought my case wouldn’t really receive a good outcome if it were to go as far as court. Right from the onset Mr Dickinson kept in regular up to date contact with me updating me of what he was doing to peruse my case, whether it be just an email to say he is waiting on documents. He always kept me informed and broke down legal jargon to make it easy for me to understand exactly what he was doing at each point in the case.

I always felt Mr Dickinson was extremely approachable and down to earth if I ever had any queries I had no worries about picking up the phone and asking him a question to put my mind at rest.

I don’t think any court case is ever easy for the people involved however Mr Dickinson made mine as stress free as possible and was always there to reassure me at every stage.
